Sour Dough and Culture

As part of a creative collaboration and installation project -we (team of architect, puppeteer and moi) have been given 1/3 of a sour dough culture and we have to do whatever and then bring back our findings/documentations and half of the culture. There will be some kind of initial exhibition as a starting point for us in January. What I learned so far is that it’s a messy, time consuming business as the culture is very wild and sticky. Some of the pics of the process so far…and if anyone wants to do this let me know as I have some of the culture which is growing like the magic cooking pot of porridge!
